Dumpster Rental Built for Scottsdale Homes and Jobs

Alex Rivera grew up in Scottsdale and started this owner-operated dumpster rental company to handle the real demands of Maricopa County properties. From older single-family homes in Old Town Scottsdale and around the Scottsdale Civic Center to newer builds near Troon North and Desert Mountain, he saw how tight driveways, rocky desert lots, and summer heat affect every delivery and pickup.

The company runs from 24 N Drinkwater Blvd in Scottsdale with hours Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm. Alex focuses on residential dumpster rental for cleanouts and remodels in neighborhoods like McCormick Ranch, Gainey Ranch, and the Scottsdale Waterfront, as well as jobs that stretch into nearby Phoenix, Paradise Valley, and Tempe. The hot desert climate means crews watch for soft ground after rare rains and schedule around 100-plus degree days that can limit afternoon work.

What sets the operation apart is direct owner involvement on site, clear upfront pricing for every size container, and routes planned around actual traffic and terrain in these specific Scottsdale pockets rather than generic county-wide service.

I grew up in Scottsdale and started this business after noticing how many homes in Old Town Scottsdale and McCormick Ranch needed practical help with waste during renovations in Maricopa County. Working around the desert terrain near Camelback Mountain and Taliesin West showed me how narrow streets and older housing stock change where a dumpster can safely sit, especially once summer heat hits. We keep things simple for residents in Gainey Ranch, Troon North, and Desert Mountain, and we also handle jobs that spill over into Phoenix, Paradise Valley, and Tempe. You can find us at 24 N Drinkwater Blvd, Scottsdale, AZ 85251, open Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm.
